COVID-19  OPENING ARRANGEMENTS

At the start of 2020, we could not have imagined keeping our doors shut to visitors for such a large part of the year.  Sadly, as we launched into 2021, it seemed that nothing had changed significantly, but at long last we can look positively to the future ...

We have greatly appreciated your patience and understanding over the past twelve months, whilst we have worked through the latest Government legislation and guidance in order to keep our visitors and staff safe.  We endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date as possible to reflect any changes, so we kindly ask you to READ ALL OF OUR OPENING INFORMATION CAREFULLY PRIOR TO VISITING to avoid any disappointment.  Thank you.

Levens Kitchen OPEN for takeaways.

The Gift Shop is CLOSED .  Anticipated reopening - 12 April 2021.

The Gardens REOPEN on Sunday 28 March 2021.  House anticipated reopening - 17 May 2021.

  • 2m guidelines are clearly marked where there may be a need to queue.
  • Please visit in group sizes to reflect current government guidelines.
  • Please use the hand sanitizers when entering and exiting the site. Additional hand sanitizers can be found at various locations around the site, and you are encouraged to use them whenever possible.
  • If our staff deem that the site is becoming too busy, we will operate a one-out, one-in policy.
  • Please follow any signage that you may find around the grounds, or instructions given to you by our staff.
  • Only 1 person to queue to order food in Levens Kitchen.

We are sure you will appreciate that this is an ever-changing situation and we are constantly reviewing arrangements, but if you would like to discuss anything with a member of staff, or spot a problem, we would really like to hear from you before you leave, so please speak to us – we are a friendly and helpful team!
