Join Sam Horton from Fitness Dynamics for a welcoming outdoor Pilates class beneath the stretch tent at Levens Hall.
These sessions focus on posture, mobility, strength, breathing, flexibility, balance, and releasing tension in both body and mind. Suitable for most abilities, with alternatives offered throughout. Enjoy moving in the beautiful surroundings of Levens Hall and connecting with nature while improving strength and wellbeing.
Classes will be under the stretch tent canopy in the beautiful gardens.
Please bring a mat, water, and suitable outdoor clothing/layers depending on the weather.
