The gardening team have now commenced the mammoth, yearly task of clipping the hundreds of Topiary trees in the world famous garden at Levens Hall.

They are busy with the 'Cherry Picker' platform, high above the garden, clipping the trees with inch perfect precision. 

The house and gardens will remain open this year until Sunday, 8th November. This will give Topiary fans a much greater opportunity to see this delicate work in progress. It will also afford the first opportunity to see the trees as newly clipped, with precise lines, comers and curves.

So please come along and make the most of this opportunity.
