The opening dates for the 2021 season are subject to change due to Government restrictions but it is expected that the season will run until 7 October.

Levens Kitchen opened in March 2019, serving bistro/high-end café food. It has 64 covers, with a further 20 covers in the open-air courtyard and 40 in the Howard Room, predominantly used by groups visiting Levens Hall during the summer months. The business offers lunch service along with drinks, cakes and takeaway throughout the day.

Candidate specification:

Assist in basic food preparation

 Ensure all back of house areas, and displays, counters, floors and walls are sanitised

Collect and wash up pots and pans, crockery and cutlery

Support the chefs to ensure they have everything they need throughout service

Handle food and equipment deliveries

Experience desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.
