Levens Hall Estate is currently looking for a PART-TIME Admin Assistant to join its Estate Office team.

The successful candidate will work in a busy office environment providing basic office duties and support to other, more dedicated roles within the Estate Office.

Levens Hall is an historic house with world famous topiary gardens and is open to the public from March to October each year attracting visitors from both the United Kingdom and around the world. Levens Kitchen Café opened in March 2019 serving bistro/high-end café food and has already proved to be a huge success.

Levens Estate covers 9,500 acres of farmland and a deer park with a number of rental properties and farms.

Candidate specification:

Polite, friendly, enthusiastic, keen to learn, hard working, and well presented

General office and administration experience is desirable.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.


Job Description

Office administration including answering the phone, filing, and dealing with emails

Meet and greet customers, visitors and staff attending at the Estate Office

Cash handling

Accepting deliveries

Liaising with other members of staff across the business

Contacting suppliers by phone and email

Provide Admin support to Management Team
